The Amazing app

Empathetic Engagement: A User-Centered Approach

Designing an app around users’ needs is key to delivering a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable experience. This not only boosts satisfaction and engagement but also drives long-term success.

Mobile apps are now essential tools—easy to use, often low-cost, and central to how people access data, connect, and entertain themselves. For businesses, apps serve as powerful digital channels that can either stand alone or integrate with physical touchpoints to create seamless customer experiences.

With the growing number of apps, only those that truly listen to users and adapt through feedback stand out. From Audible to Zillow, leading examples show that success comes from empathy, iteration, and innovation built on user feedback.

From Invisible to Invaluable: Protecting Your Data in AI

L.I.A.M.

Living Informed About Models

  • AI is rapidly reshaping our world and businesses, bringing both progress and disruption. For creators especially, the pace of change can feel overwhelming. A major concern lies in transparency—most machine learning systems are controlled by large corporations, raising questions like: What datasets are being used? How diverse or inclusive are they? And how is personal data being sourced, often without clear consent?

  • There’s an opening to shift that power dynamic through an app that gives individuals ownership over their own data. Imagine a private platform where you can track if and how your personal information is being used in training AI models. The app would scan leading tools to detect data use, notify you when your information is involved, and provide options—whether that’s reclaiming ownership or requesting a fair stake in the profits companies generate from it. In short, it’s a way to turn invisible data usage into transparency, accountability, and even financial equity for the people fueling AI systems.

From Access to Advantage: Building Inclusive Crypto Systems

L.E.O.

Long-term Equity Optimization

  • Cryptocurrency presents both challenges and opportunities. From Ethereum’s role as a programmable blockchain to the broader adoption of crypto as currency, its impact will be unevenly distributed—some will benefit, while others risk exclusion. Questions of access, equity, and long-term stability remain unresolved. Understanding who gains, who is left behind, and how to create more inclusive and responsible systems is central to addressing these dynamics.

  • A key opportunity lies in designing an application that not only integrates existing financial accounts but also leverages crypto as a forward-looking investment tool. This platform would analyze a user’s spending patterns, current investments, and articulated business goals to identify which cryptocurrencies and programs align most effectively with both short- and long-term objectives. By tailoring recommendations around stability, growth potential, and risk tolerance, the app would help users navigate the complex crypto landscape with greater clarity and confidence.

Rather than requiring individuals to shift banks or manage multiple fragmented tools, this one-stop system would centralize planning across traditional and digital assets. In doing so, it positions crypto not as a speculative gamble but as a strategic component of a diversified portfolio, responsive to personal goals and market trends. As financial planning increasingly demands adaptability in a rapidly evolving economy, this approach offers a pathway to democratize access, reduce barriers to entry, and promote more responsible, future-ready financial ecosystems.

The Lasting Call of Conservation

EchoWolf

Capturing both the echoing howl and its enduring impact

  • Endangered species face growing threats from habitat loss, weakened protections, human conflict, and persistent misinformation. The story of Yellowstone’s gray wolves illustrates the stakes: exterminated in the 1920s, their absence triggered ecosystem collapse. Their reintroduction in 1995 restored balance, proving their essential role as keystone species. Yet today, wolves remain vulnerable, underscoring the urgent need for innovative education and advocacy.

  • There is an opportunity to reimagine conservation awareness through a digital platform that connects people directly to wolf recovery efforts. An interactive app could allow users to “adopt” a wolf or pup from Yellowstone’s research program, following its life journey through creative storytelling and immersive design. Each wolf would be represented as a unique virtual design—similar to collectible NFTs like LaMelo Ball’s—that evolves through each phase of its life as long as the user continues to support its growth and the research behind it. By blending real data with virtual engagement, the app would highlight wolves’ ecological importance, challenge misconceptions, and confront ethical dilemmas around hunting and survival. Features such as symbolic NFTs or interactive choices—“save” or “kill”—would mirror real-world consequences, inspiring empathy, accountability, and action. This approach positions technology as a bridge between awareness and meaningful conservation, ensuring wolves’ place as guardians of ecological harmony.

New Year Curiosities VI

Prioritizing user engagement rather than passive influence.

Looking ahead, I present a series of Tarot Cards that weave the story of AI—its past, present, and imagined future—capturing its triumphs, sacrifices, and the profound questions posed by its rapid evolution.

At the heart of my debut book, "New Year Curiosities," lies an Interactive Narrative designed to engage and inspire, rather than passively influence. Drawing from the vibrant spirit of Lunar New Year and the boundless potential of human creativity, the concept marries the dynamic energy of the dragon’s dance with the mystique of a lunar eclipse. Together, they symbolize the balance of wonder and uncertainty that defines AI's transformative role in our world.

The opportunity

The design opportunity lies in creating immersive, context-driven narratives that seamlessly blend text, typography, and visuals into hybrid storytelling formats. By integrating cultural symbolism, such as the dragon’s dance and the lunar eclipse, with innovative media experimentation, this project invites exploration of how place and perspective shape design.

The Tarot Cards and the interactive narrative in "New Year Curiosities" present a chance to craft visually compelling, story-rich experiences that merge traditional and futuristic elements. This fusion highlights AI's evolving story while encouraging deeper audience engagement through unconventional design approaches that connect emotion, symbolism, and technological evolution.

The Concept

At the heart of this concept lies the tarot cards, a tribute to the tradition of ushering in the New Year while embodying the passage of time and the chance for reflection and evolution. With steadfast resolve, we embark on a journey to unravel the mysteries shrouding the eclipse of creativity and innovation, like drawing tarot cards that unveil layers of significance. This process mirrors our ongoing pursuit of creativity, fueled by curiosity and dedication, as we strive to unearth hidden truths and carve out new paths forward.

These cards act as a catalyst for profound personal introspection among both creators and consumers of AI within contemporary society, where many find themselves directly impacted by the pervasive integration of AI into their daily lives. Through this narrative lens, I explore the universal landscape of AI adoption, acknowledging its profound implications for society at large.
